Cancellation Policy

• At the time of making an appointment, a deposit is required – without exception

• $100 deposit with a provider

• Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours before a scheduled appointment forfeits the deposit

• All deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than the 24- hour windows

• A credit card is required to be kept on file
